consultation
we’ll set up a 30 min video call to connect! from the moment we meet, i’ll start to know your goals, challenges, lifestyle + needs, and evaluate your space. this is an intentional, holistic approach to create tailored, organizational systems specific to you and your loved ones
proposal
after the consultation, i will send you a proposal that will reflect the following:
prep fee | flat rate starting at $200
organizing service | includes 2 organizers | $120/hr
travel fee | applicable only to areas outside of central Chicago | $65/hr
upon receipt you can decide if and how you would like to move forward!
measure
after you book with us, as a full service organizing client, you don’t have to worry about measurements - we will take care of that for you! i will schedule a time and day for both organizers to come by and take meticulous measurements
prep
once we have measurements, we get the ball rolling on tasks such as, but not limited to: creating an execution plan, space planning, prepping the asst. organizer, selecting and curating a collection of the right organizing products for your budget, aesthetic and lifestyle through streamlined communication, shopping for these products, and bringing them to your home, and returning any unused products to stores
this part of the service starts at a flat fee of $200 and is applicable to all full service projects. this fee may be more or less than $200 depending on the level of work involved. the cost will be provided on the proposal
closet design
applicable only if you are interested in us designing a closet system for you
imagine what you can do with the most customized closet system? and imagine it being pro organizer approved! it can sound daunting but not when we take care of the process from beginning to end.
this service is an additional fee, starting at $200. this fee may be more or less than $200 depending on the level of work involved with building a system for your particular closet. the cost will be provided on the proposal
categorize & edit
when we arrive to your home, we’ll start sorting your items into categories. once we will then guide you through the process of decluttering your items, so that we’re focusing on organizing only things that serve you. during this part of the process, we’ll ask you questions about your lifestyle, preferences, routine and much more, with the intention of getting a full picture of organizational methods that are going to work for you long term
install
this is when we’ll bring customized organizational systems to life, using the products that we’ve selected during the prep portion of the process. we’ll print beautiful labels that are incredibly difficult to ignore and this is the moment your home will transform into a wellnest….
time for the big reveal!
educate
now that wellnest has created an orderly foundation for you, we’ll also take the time to teach you how to maintain the space after we leave. we’ll even provide hands-on tutorials on file folding, decanting, etc. that pertain to your space. and don’t worry, we always organize a space in a way that’s intuitive for YOU specifically to maintain.
